Blogging: a good excuse to sit down.
We do the majority of our shopping once-a-month style, and I like to come home and cook up a storm. The result for today? Four soups, one casserole, and two stir fry dinners all frozen and ready for the grabbing, and one roast chicken for tonight. Micaiah has been my right hand this afternoon; I'm really proud of her hard work! Teran's been helping some in the kitchen and watching with the little ones, also very handy! Allegra's also getting into it, learning to chop up veggies. Thanks, guys!
Next up? Baking: maybe scones, cookies, we'll see.
